Tunisia is a land of adventure. By travelling short distances it is possible to experience everything from modern cities with endless beaches, to villages in the countryside with typical arabic culture. Travelling only a few more miles you find yourself in the middle of a landscape with fertile oases and the world's greatest desert with beduins and berbers in a biblical ambient. You will encounter 3000 years of history every day, everywhere. Still you hear people talk about the romans, as if they were here yesterday... Next to a modern car someone is riding a donkey while talking in his iPhone.

Tunisia is a Mediterranean country at its best. It is a small country that has based a large part of its politics and economy on tourism, culture and travelling. Because of this, the infrastructure is well organized, everything is easily accessible and most of the Tunisians are bilingual (arabic and french), and English is widely used.
